Shipping policy
Once an order has been shipped, it is in the care of the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If an issue arises, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking information.
Original artwork requires specialized packaging and handling. Shipping for fine art pieces is calculated separately.
After purchase, please contact us at rootedbyramsay@gmail.com to receive a custom shipping quote. An invoice for the shipping amount will be issued prior to dispatch. Artwork will ship once the shipping invoice has been paid in full.
